I was offered the role of narrator on this project during my last week of college. The publisher saw my soon to be degree was in acting, and specializing in voice acting. A graduate fresh from the vats with his own home recording set up seemed like the absolute perfect fit for this job. And boy did I feel perfect for the job. I could not possibly have asked for a better job right out of college. I got to work from home, I get to set my own hours, and the book! The chapter lengths were perfectly digestible, the writing style made it easy to edit, and the many characters allowed me to spread my wings creatively. I am immensely proud of my work on Project Earth. I’m honored to say I was part of it’s development. I learned so much more than I ever bargained for, I gained so much experience, and I am thrilled to have shared it with such a great team. I used Audacity to record and edit every take, and I wanted to give that a shoutout because Audacity is awesome.
